as you can. This would include your statement of purpose and current mission, size staff and size governing body, current
operating budget, number of current members/donors and prospects.
2.
Tell us what are the most critical threats and challenges confronting your organization today. And define, in summary
form, what you hope to achieve by engaging our services and support.
3. Will
your volunteer leaders/governance body work openly and willingly with us on the project?
4.
Once steps 1-3 have been addressed, we will proceed to develop a fee and expense proposal for you, including a realistic timetable
for completion of the project and presentation of our findings to your organization.
